View this post on Instagram This past weekend Master Fong and Darian competed in the Pan Am Open Poomsae Championships. Master Fong brought home a silver medal in the U40 Female Individual category and Darian placed 11 amongst the toughest competition across the Pan American Region. Darian has been showing great improvement from competition to competition in his first year of competing in the Junior Division and this competition is yet another building block towards his future success. Thank you to all the tournament organizers at WTPA and @mastaekwondo_oficial who gave put together such a wonderful event during such trying times.
