1)      The schedule for every competition is subject to change. For most events, our dojang will require athletes to arrive 2 days before the first day of competition. As the competition may end in the evening, athletes are not permitted to depart until the morning after all events are concluded.

2)      Barring extenuating circumstances, athletes and their guardians will be required to stay at the host hotel for all the competition event days. For days before and after the competition, families are permitted to have alternative accommodations.

3)      We do not recommend that families book their flight or accommodations prior to our dojang confirming the travel schedule for our competition team. However, for families that wish to reserve flights and accommodations before our schedule is announced, it would be advisable to reserve ones that allow for cancellation or alterations.
